Master Builders 2026 Regional Constructive Summits wrapped up mid-year, ahead of shifting focus towards the upcoming national flagship forum in September.
Led by Master Builders CEO Ankit Sharma, the regional roadshows centred on strategies for navigating the economic climate and preparing for sector change. Events, which included the Southern Summit in Queenstown and the Auckland Summit Breakfast at Eden Park, provided much discussion, strategy development and learning. Among the main topics and takeaways from the regional events were:
- Embracing AI and Tech: Regional breakouts included AI-consenting seminars demonstrating how to streamline workflows and reduce time on the tools.
